Steve Lehman has an extensive financial and business background. He began his career in advertising and marketing, radio, and entrepreneurial business.

Mr. Lehman formed and became Chairman/CEO of Premiere Radio Networks. In 1992, Premiere Radio Networks went public on NASDAQ with an $18 million dollar market cap. In 1995 NewsCorp became strategic investors in Premiere. Premiere was sold to Jacor / Clear Channel Communications in 1997 for $190 million. Additionally, Mr. Lehman made a first round investment for Premiere into Broadcast.com. The $1 million dollar investment was liquidated when Broadcast.com sold to Yahoo. Premiere’s equity stake on the exit was close to $200 million dollars.

Premiere Radio Network is now the largest radio network in the United States, syndicating well known shows and personalities that include Rush Limbaugh, Jim Rome, Ryan Seacrest, Fox News, Fox Sports, comedy, research and services.

Mr. Lehman stayed with Premiere until 1999 at which time he took control and became CEO of a fledging direct response NYSE Company, National Media Corp. The company was transformed into a direct marketing e-commerce company with NBC interactive, SNAP, and ZOOMS, as strategic partners. National Media’s market cap ran from $45 million to almost $1 billion until the 2001 global meltdown of .com e-commerce companies.

Mr. Lehman became a partner in Broadstream Capital Partners, a boutique investment-banking group from 2001 – 2004 specializing in M&A and capital funding primarily in the media and entertainment industry.

In 2004, Lehman became CEO of RadioVisa, a JP Morgan backed Spanish Radio Network. He acquired a 50,000 watt radio station in Los Angeles which served as the flagship for the 24/7 Spanish Radio Network. RadioVisa was sold to billionaire and owner of the Los Angeles Angels of Anaheim, Artie Moreno, in 2006.

In April 2008, Mr. Lehman and Andy Schuon formed “C” Student Entertainment, a boutique radio, internet, streaming and mobile cross platform Media Company specializing in compelling content. The first program syndicated by “C” stars gossip blogger Perez Hilton, named the #1 Web celeb by Forbes Magazine. “C” then announced a deal with Citadel/ABC Radio Networks to syndicate Radio PEREZ, with additional distribution deals in Canada and Australia. In April 2012, “C” began syndicating a second show featuring Perez Hilton, PEREZ Nights Live…. The show is syndicated through Cumulus Media Networks and is heard in over 150 Cities throughout the US.

In 2010 Mr. Lehman became a founding partner in a media research company AIRPLAY INTEL. AIRPLAY’S first product launched March 28, 2011. The product translates Arbitron PPM switching information into actionable song / music research. AIRPLAY is now used by every major broadcast group in the US including Clear Channel, Cumulus, CBS, Emmis, Greater Media, and others.

In May 2012 Mr. Lehman became a founding partner in an Entrepreneurial Business Platform, BUSINESS ROCKSTARS. The “BUSINESS ROCKSTARS Radio Show is now being heard daily on KFWB-Los Angeles from 2:00-4:00pm Monday-Friday. The show focuses on Entrepreneurial Business and features CEO’s and funded start-ups from Silicone Valley and Silicon Beach. The radio show is the promotional driver to The Platform and will begin National Syndication in the United States.

Mr. Lehman is the owner of the Prism Film Library. The library has 44 full-feature theatrical titles produced in the mid 90’s starring actors in titles include Heather Locklear, Martin Sheen, Pamela Anderson, and others. The library is distributed domestically by Lions Gate Entertainment. Mr. Lehman is also a 50% partner in Border Media which owns over 1,500 hours of Spanish TV Programming.

Mr. Lehman is currently on the Board of Directors of Pepperdine University and is a Fellow, funding the first Entrepreneur in Residence. Mr. Lehman was on the board of directors of the Lymphoma Research of America for 10 years and on the advisory board of Vital Options for 5 years.
